1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account, browsing, or utilizing the services provided by Sululu (the “Platform”, available at https://www.sululu.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Platform Nature & Marketplace Model

Sululu is a peer-to-peer technology marketplace that connects independent tourists/travelers (“Tourists”) with independent licensed taxi drivers and vehicle operators (“Drivers”) in Shimla and Himachal Pradesh.

Sululu provides the technology infrastructure for ride posting, transparent bidding, and communication. Sululu is not a transportation carrier; transportation services are provided directly by independent drivers to passengers.

3. Tourist Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate pickup and drop locations, schedule dates, and contact phone numbers.
• You agree to review the driver’s quoted price, vehicle details, and ratings before accepting a bid.
• Once you accept a driver’s bid, you enter into a direct travel agreement with that driver for the agreed-upon route and price.
• If you need to cancel a ride, you agree to do so promptly via the platform so that drivers can plan their schedules accordingly.

4. Driver Partner Obligations & Verification

• Drivers must hold a valid commercial driving license, valid vehicle registration, fitness certificate, and commercial vehicle insurance under Himachal Pradesh motor vehicle regulations.
• Drivers must complete verification before their accounts are eligible to submit bids for customer ride requests.
• Quoted prices must be comprehensive and all-inclusive of fuel, standard tolls, and hill-driving charges unless explicitly agreed with the passenger.
• Drivers are expected to uphold hospitality, passenger comfort (such as providing drinking water and courteous service), and follow mountain road safety norms.

5. Transparent Fare Bidding & Direct Settlement

Sululu believes in complete price transparency:

• Drivers submit competitive quotes in Indian Rupees (INR) for each posted ride request.
• Tourists choose the offer that best matches their budget and vehicle preference.
• Direct Payment Settlement: Payment is settled directly between the tourist and the driver upon trip completion via cash, UPI, or other agreed payment methods with zero hidden surcharges.

6. Cancellations & Modifications

Either party may cancel a ride before the trip starts. Repeated unnotified cancellations or no-shows may lead to account suspension to ensure platform reliability for everyone in the community.

7. Safety & Code of Conduct

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against harassment, discrimination, unsafe mountain driving, driving under the influence, or fraudulent price alteration. Violations will result in immediate termination of platform access.
